Davis D. Moore

Chief Executive Officer

Davis Moore began his association with Worldwide Facilities, LLC in 1985, following his graduation from Pepperdine University in Southern California.  He completed a one year underwriting program with First State Insurance Company in New York followed by a one year program in London, England with the Hogg Robinson Group, working in various aspects of the Lloyd’s of London insurance market.

Upon his return from London in 1985, Mr. Moore became a broker for Worldwide Facilities and became President in 1992.  He is now Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Board of Managers for Worldwide Facilities.

Mr. Moore holds a B. S. degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Certificate in Risk and Insurance from the College of Insurance in New York.

Ronald S. Austin

President

Ron Austin began his career as an underwriter with Aetna Casualty & Surety in 1979. Beginning in 1984, he spent 13 years with General Star before leaving as Senior Vice President, member of the Board of Directors and head of primary casualty operations.

In 1997 Ron started Caliber One, an excess and surplus lines insurer, for PMA Capital Corporation, a publicly traded insurance holding company. He was President of Caliber One until its sale in 2002. Since then he has been involved in the start-up of a wholesale brokerage operation in Pennsylvania and the attempted formation of a new excess and surplus lines insurance company.

He joined Worldwide Facilities as Senior Vice President in November of 2004. He was appointed Executive Vice President in 2006, Chief Operating Officer in 2007 and President in 2014. He serves as a member of the company’s Board of Managers.

Mr. Austin received his B.S. from the University of Connecticut.

John Galaviz

Chief Financial Officer

John Galaviz has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Worldwide Facilities since October 2017. Prior to joining Worldwide, Mr. Galaviz was the Chief Financial Officer for Answer Financial, a technology-driven, national personal lines agency wholly-owned by Allstate. Mr. Galaviz has also served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Capital Markets for Symetra Financial and spent several years as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Galaviz received his MBA from Stanford University and his BA from the University of Michigan.

Brad Perilman

Sr. EVP, Mergers & Acquisitions

As part of the executive management team, Brad Perilman leads Worldwide Facilities’ M&A activities. He is responsible for transaction sourcing, strategic and financial analysis, diligence management and assisting with the development and implementation of integration plans.

Perilman joined Worldwide with over 18 years of global (re)insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Worldwide Facilities, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Atlas General Holdings, LLC, a leading, full-service program administrator. Previously, Perilman served as Director at Aon Securities and Benfield Advisory, where he was responsible for the execution of merger and acquisition transactions and capital raisings.

Eric Stuckman

President of Brokerage

Eric Stuckman joined Worldwide Facilities in 2006 as a Casualty Broker.  In 2010 he was appointed Vice President, followed by Senior Vice President in 2013 and Casualty Manager in 2015. Eric has served as President – Worldwide Brokerage Division since October 2018 and also serves as a Board Member.

Mr. Stuckman is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and received a certificate in Risk and Insurance from St. John’s University.

Hank Haldeman

President of Programs

Hank Haldeman came to Worldwide Facilities as part of the Sullivan Group acquisition in April, 2018. At Sullivan, Hank ran the Wholesale Brokerage, MGA and Program operations, and at Worldwide Facilities he is now responsible for all Programs. As such, essentially all lines and industries are included within his focus.

Mr. Haldeman began his insurance career in 1980 as a wholesale broker with Stewart Smith West, where he became Vice President and Director. Prior to joining the Sullivan Group in 1997, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Henry Ward Johnson & Co.

Hank graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Political Science.

Gary Kitchen

President of MGA

Gary obtained his B.S. Degree in Finance and Accounting in 1991 from California State University-Sacramento. He entered the insurance industry in Sacramento with an MGA: Hoyt/Petersen & Company. During his tenure, Gary was instrumental in helping to establish their nationwide Moving and Storage program. In 1996, TransGuard Insurance Company purchased Hoyt/ Petersen. At TransGuard, Gary was responsible for a nationwide specialty program for Owner Operator Independent Truck Drivers. In 1999, Gary joined Fireman’s Fund Insurance Companies to lead a group tasked with developing and implementing an Internet-based policy management and underwriting system.He joined RIC Insurance General Agency in 2001 where he developed BOP, Commercial Automobile and Commercial Package products for RIC’s wholesale platform. RIC was acquired by Worldwide Facilities in 2018, and Gary began his role as President of MGA for Worldwide Facilities in 2020.

John Baran

General Counsel

John Baran is a graduate of The University of Southern California’s International Relations and Law School programs. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1980 and started his professional career with the law firm of Iverson Yoakum Papiano & Hatch. John became a partner with the law firm in 1986, and in 1988 he joined the accounting firm of Arthur Young as in-house counsel. Arthur Young merged with Ernst & Whinney in the summer of 1989. John handled contract, training, employment law and human resource matters during his career with Ernst & Young. He was promoted to partner while at the firm. John subsequently took early retirement from Ernst & Young and moved to Colorado to take a position with the Denver Public School District as Deputy General Counsel. John stayed with the School District until the fall of 2010.

John has been happily married for over 41 years. He and his wife Laurie have been blessed to have four children, two daughter in-laws and three grandchildren.
